Sing Sings are traditional dancing festivals in Papua New Guinea held on ceremonial occasions. Each tribal group has their traditional costumes made from feathers, possum fur, bones and multi-coloured paint. The elaborate headdresses are passed down through the generations.  Men and women both participate in the dancing but not in mixed groups.
